RENTAL PROPERTIES

Hobbs' Properties owns and manages several rental properties in Faulkner County. After 15 years of property management, we have put in place an application process that includes an application fee, credit report, tenant background check and a criminal background check on each individual planning to lease the property.

We have 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units of which all have a refrigerator and a range. However, some units also have a dishwasher, micro-hood and/or washer and dryer.

Our rents range from $300.00-$1,500.00 a month.
